There is one address, and it is read by the person who builds bugsTobuild. No ticketing system, no chatbot, and no form that hands your message to a third party you did not choose.
What to write about
Anything, but these are the ones that get acted on fastest:
- Something is wrong. A tool produced the wrong answer, an explanation is inaccurate, a page is broken. Please include the tool, what you did, and what you expected — a small example that reproduces it is worth more than any description.
- A tool is missing. Say what job you were trying to finish, not just what the tool should be called. The job is the useful part.
- Privacy questions and requests. What is collected, what a third-party service receives, or a request about your own data. The privacy policy answers most of these already.
- Security reports. Please report privately to the address above rather than publicly, and allow reasonable time for a fix before disclosing.
- Legal and licensing. Anything about the terms or the disclaimer.
What to expect
Messages are read. No response time is promised, because promising one and missing it would be worse than saying nothing — this is a small project, not a support desk.
When you write, we hold your message and your email address for as long as it takes to deal with it. Nothing is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.
What is not published
There is no telephone number and no postal address on this site. If a postal address becomes legally required — as it can once advertising or payments are involved — it will be added here rather than left implied.
